I’m not pinching the glory here but I think the idea was something I’d been keeping alive. Sometimes we’d talk ourselves out of it, sometimes we’d get excited about the idea but nothing would happen.

Finally, Peter got word of it and suggested, I think, “Wouldn’t it be fun, 30th anniversary of The Lamb, if we get together and do it properly, as it was never done properly. Film it, do half a dozen shows and that’s it.”

So we all met in Glasgow a couple of years ago to discuss it but he still wouldn’t commit himself because he had his own album which is yet to come out.

So when he left and when Steve left, I looked at Tony and Mike and said, “Do you want to do this? Do you want to do the three of us?” and everyone said “Yeah”.

We don’t have a new album, we’re just playing some shows for fun to people who want to see us. It’s the right way to be, it’s how it started.

Me ha hecho gracia el comentario-parida del aquel que dijo "that you (Collins) sounded more like Gabriel than he did himself.
